Worked with great team in my first 5 years. Travel and getting to help nursing students on their educational journey.

The last two years were awful. Dean of Admissions really made this job a miserable experience. More than 6 people left in a year and a half. I hear they left and the job is more tolerable now. Not much advancement opportunities. Compensation is ridiculously low given how expensive tuition is there.
