Does not have your best interests in mind. You are replaceable. Raises are nonexistent - not even an acceptable cost of living adjustment will be made. There is no sense of appreciation for employees within the administrative team. I’m really surprised they can hold onto the staff at all given the way I have seen them “take care of” their staff. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and have been looking for alternate employment opportunities basically since I began. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. Plus, the mission statement of the company is to make more sales people…so that kinda doesn’t motivate you to want to work hard for a company.
