If you are a fresher this company is the brlest for you. You will be exposed to a lot of different responsibilities which will help in your overall growth.

Long working hours. You will be expexted to work on all weekends and official leaves too from home or from the office. No compensation will be given for the extra work and the extra work will be treated as normal work. You will have a lot of difficulties while taking leaves and leaves are seldom granted. You will be expected to work twice or three times the salary you are given. Very low salary if you go through any other means except campus placements. While most of the staff is very good and helpful there are some that will take credit for your work so that their place is secured in the company and you are fired.

Sankey Solutions has a reimbursement policy instead of OT, which takes sufficient care of our employees working late or in case of holidays.
