Work-life balance is very good as are the benefits. Bright growth prospects as the bank gains market share and expands existing business lines. Management has made offering advancement internally a priority. Work is pretty straight-forward.

Organization and technology are gradually being improved but the process is very slow as the group's assets are far reaching. Much of the work is manual in nature, which creates problems across such a large platform. No opportunities for creativity.
