Sentiments of Disregard in the Team: On occasion, I felt akin to a "disregarded receptacle" within the team due to my manager's treatment. This experience was profoundly demoralizing and significantly impacted my overall job contentment. HR Misconduct and Unjust Financial Consequences: After rendering more than five years of dedicated service, I was subjected to egregious mistreatment by the HR department. Their refusal to grant me a proper release and the subsequent imposition of a substantial charge against my entire salary was an egregious violation of my rights and dignity.
