1. The TA team is pushing to write good reviews and they sit on our head to write the reviews- they frame reviews for us- Fake reviews 2. Culture is political since last 3-4 months, toxic- 3. team asked to create cases against anyone and make people leave. rating of 4.2 and below ... all will be asked to leave 4. New managers never comes to ofice, merit time and they are on leave as its not important- 3 weeks vacation, another set of layoff - 200 done in last 3 months and 1000 on the way as projects are going off. Please check the google news of Economic times and reuters, this compnay is getting sold off. 6. you can be hired if you are laid off in previous company, just bring gifts and invite people at your house and parties at your expense. 7. if you see the lifespan of the employees- except few OLD Ibexi epople, it is average 1 year now for expert group. Juniors are not bothered... its LIFO method of firing 8. Gossips in seniors room all the time- sad for IDIT group-- he is reason for all the failure in Idnia projects 9. Some new managers are very rude and mentions that laying off is algorithm- there is very less recruitment, what is the reason of having so big recruitment team which is highly paid. why are we laying off people from business.. all people have families- please bring culture of sympathy not firing - bring people who are not laid off in big companies. the seniors are vanished when the layoff is happening and it is left at the mercy of junior managers of the groups- sympathies

Cannot trust the new administration, everything is cloak and dagger until they let you go. I would give a negative rating if I could.
