It is up to the individual employee to pursue external learnings. yearly hikes might be good, if you are in the good books of your manager.

dont stay for longer period. Once you complete, 5 year to 10 years, move ahead to another organization. Don't Expect onsite opportunities Don't expect too much of employee benefits. It is relatively less compared with competition companies.
