Additionally, some managers lack a strong background in IT, and their approach aligns more closely with BPO operations than with IT project management. This mismatch in expertise sometimes leads to confusion and ineffective decision-making. A basic level of common sense and professional competence is expected at this level, and unfortunately, that standard is not always met.
