      Wonderful Onboarding experience, Gives you freedom to show your creativity, work on your own path and generate ideas to help contribute to the success of company. They also do continuous research on technology which contributes to the benefits of society and feels it as their social responsibility. More than all they trust their employees and show confidence in their work, if someone needs training , guidance they arrange for educational programs to scale up employees knowledge. I am sure its one of the best places to work for long time.

      Misleading commitments: Offered $90K per annum as full-time employee, but reality was different after joining in the U.S. Deployed to client projects and internal projects simultaneously, without any extra pay. Management and accounts team (India & US) are unresponsive, manipulative, and provide false promises. Full and final settlement was never paid, despite multiple follow-ups via email and messages. No professionalism, transparency, or accountability. Heavy workload without fair compensation – clear case of labor exploitation.
