The work environment was laid back, everyone had a job and did what they were suppose to. The clients were always very nice and fun to talk to. The whole company felt like a family.

Everyone is very artistic with their hair styling or coloring so sometimes the colorists and stylists could be temperamental if things aren't done exactly how they want.
