While we recognize that some people would value company provided snacks over the profession development and growth opportunity that we provide, we are sorry to hear that you didn't like our recent changes in the employee engagement activities. We have one of the most flexbile work environments in the Tech industry in India. Remote work as needed, regular team lunches and outings, professional development provided by Communications and Growth Coaches, No work on Saturdays (which is the norm in India), 30 day of PTO for every level of the team, and the list goes on. Lastly, We take our company culture very seriously and we want to ensure that everyone in the organization has the ability and freedom to share feedback. We hold monthly team lunches and happy hours, we hold quarterly company update meetings and our leadership team is always open to feedback positive or areas for improvement.
