At Satrix Solutions, if you have the right attitude (growth mindset) and work ethic, you will have the opportunity to explore different interests and develop the skillsets you want to build. The best part of working at Satrix, though, is the team. Everyone who works here is kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to doing right by clients and employees.

While not a "con" per se, those who are interested in working at Satrix should definitely be proactive self-starters. The nature of our work provides flexibility, which necessitates a high level of personal responsibility to effectively manage projects and deadlines.

In terms of professional development, I don’t think you will find a better opportunity to absorb so much valuable knowledge. The shear amount of professional growth I have accumulated in my 2+ years with Satrix Solutions pales in comparison to all my previous jobs combined. In my current role, I have not only learned how Satrix successfully runs its business but I get a firsthand look at how a diverse set of companies operate as well. That’s insight seldom given. The flexible work environment is a HUGE plus! Senior management is also liberal with the vacation time that is allocated.

Satrix is still very much a start-up. While that comes with many bonuses, your workflow is subject to change which can be challenging to adjust to. The more flexible you can be, the more success you will have in your role. At times, the work load can feel overwhelming but there are plenty of times when things are lighter.
