A very good company to learn and achieve new heights in your career. Equal rights is being given to every employees. Employees are treated with respect. We don't feel like working as a slave like some other IT sector companies working in Lucknow do. I am a girl and when I join the company in February I was the only girl working in the company. Everybody treated me with respect. Senior management of the company are well educated, highly qualified individuals from whom you can learn a lot .They treat you as a family member, not as a paid workers.
