We don't feel like working as a slave like some other IT sector companies working in Lucknow do. I am a girl and when I join the company in February I was the only girl working in the company. Everybody treated me with respect. Senior management of the company are well educated, highly qualified individuals from whom you can learn a lot .They treat you as a family member, not as a paid workers.
