Poor leadership and incompetent management - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Sauce Labs

It seems odd that 5 of the 5 star reviews broadcasting Sauce Labs as an excellent place to work with so many perks and so few cons all were written October 1. I would not be at all surprised if those “reviews” were the work of the people team. There’s a lack of direction and little to no communication among teams. It’s unclear what criteria for hiring managers is but it is clear that the bar is *extremely* low. Overall the culture is toxic and the company operates in an extremely political way, with merit and work ethic having nothing to do with potential growth or even a hint of recognition.
