We are known for our intensive focus on safety, and this remains the case with additional precautions to keep our team safe during these challenging times. We are fortunate that state governments have recognized the essential work that we do, to support customers that need our company’s services to manage hazardous conditions and the sustainability of the outdoors that we all depend on. Our employees are at the core of our mission and they are our greatest assets, therefore we have taken additional precautions to protect them by abiding by the requirements of the states and/or local governments that we work within. Any employee that does not believe they can work safely at any time, can take time off at their discretion or use benefit time – either earned or not earned to support family and personal needs. We’ve also extended benefits to team members that have been impacted by the coronavirus. We have received many, many notes of gratitude from our team members who are glad that we are keeping them safe and keeping them working.
