Honestly it's the best work environment I've been in. The interviews allowed me to meet higher management and it was there and then I knew I would fit in. Pro# 1: Recognition is given Pro #2: Management encourages you to grow throughout the company as early as 3 months in Pro #3 Teamwork amongst the group is nothing I ever experienced. There is always someone willing to help get the job done. Some even go out of their way Pro #4: Open Door policy is NO LIE we can speak to each other anytime Pro #5: Work-Life balance is encouraged by management Pro #6: You always get real time feedback Pro #7: Company events are amazing. Everyone looks forward to events I can go on and on because working for SavCon has been a gret experience for me
