Good company great managers good hours

No complaints, but pay could be better

None…none at all. It’s awful

-bad pay, and unequal pay. Can’t except tip even though you are literally serving them food. If customers want to tip, employees should be able to take it. -They also fear monger employees and tell them if they discuss their pay with each other there will be consequences (discussing wages is a federally protected right) -Ruthless and sketchy management on every level. They’re pretty much all rude and have been micro aggressive towards black employees (except maybe 2 or 3 store level managers). -They pay everyone differently and not based on skill, just because they can and that’s why they would threaten us if we discussed our wages. -there is mold behind the machines and in the popcorn machine warmer, at least there use to be. -terrible quality ingredients to make the candy. -pro-Trump and racist. Owner and GM have photos of them with the confederate flag on socials. I have also witnessed micro aggressions towards minority employees and heard other coworkers mentioning it. -many many other things to mention but in summary, it’s a sketchy business at the top too, managers are inconsiderate as well as shady when it comes to employee treatment and business practices, and the place is unclean.
