The corporate policies feel a bit rigid for an organization driven by a social mission. The workload can also get repetitive at times, though people genuinely try to make time to guide and support you despite their own heavy workloads.

The leadership is approachable, accommodating, and genuinely values diversity and inclusion. During my initial days, the organization gave me a strong sense of belonging and felt very welcoming - almost like home.
