All recyclable items are given to third world countries, and items that cannot be reused or thrown away. Value Village is an eco-friendly business which means that this company is great at recycling items and reusing other items. They take in donations and sell the items that work properly or can be worn.

Some disadvantages are the stress level becomes very high as they have quotas that need to be met. At the end of the day, if quota isn't met then the employees feel unsatisfied knowing that much work was done and we were unsuccessful.
