They do not care about you. You are just a number. I was in a car accident had to use my 10 sick days to recover a few months after that I had a asthma attack and said if I leave I will be written up because I've already used my 10 sick days they go by the book with no flexibility they gave me an option go to the hospital and get written up or stay and cant breathe and hope I don't collapse for not breathing. Also Impossible quotas. They also gave everyone a raise because everyone was complaining and or leaving for better paying jobs. But I heard after a few months they got rid of everyone and rehired for lower wages Also huge turn over it was always every other day someone quit or got let go and almost every day a new person started. I also remember I think it was a Tuesday all the power went out and we were off work for 4 days with no pay because they forgot to pay the power bill
