In my time here, my role has consistently expanded, my team has had significant turnover, and our ability to use sick time as needed (though capped at three days per year) has been removed. Once added to the fact that, bizarrely, SaviLinx offers no incentives, no bonuses, no pathways for advancement, and no cost-of-living increases or merit raises, it becomes clear that this is a company that will push its employees until they break and then move on to someone new. There are some great people here, but they have no reason to stay as SaviLinx's pay structure effectively creates a series of dead-end jobs for those who are foolish enough to hope for better. Do yourself a favor and make like a gingerbread man and run run run as fast as you can.
