If you are considering applying here, DO NOT. The management is constantly scrambling and making decisions without consulting anyone.Job security is a joke. This company treats employees like temporary workers, no matter how long you have been there. If you’re lucky enough to survive a few months, don’t get too comfortable. There’s no support, no career growth, and definitely no security. This company is stuck in the past and it shows in every aspect. Some one will be always watching you. They provide only salary. nothing is there. Not even a good restroom. The infrastructure is very bad. If you value stability, modern systems, and a supportive work environment, RUN FAR AWAY.

Not a place for any sort of pros

This company is not an ideal place to work. It's worse than a government organization. Some employees have been here for over 20 years and seem to lack the skills or motivation to seek opportunities elsewhere. They often monitor others unnecessarily, creating an uncomfortable work environment. The company operates like a government office, with little focus on efficiency or innovative approaches. There's excessive micromanagement, and the culture seems better suited for those resistant to change rather than for dynamic, forward-thinking people.
