It's still a smaller company which allows for growth in breadth of experience. A smaller staff also means that nobody has time to micromanage you. The people you work with are great and the commitment the company has to work life balance is real. I've never been asked to work more than 40 hours in a week and the benefits are unreal. I don't know of any company that offers a benefits package that compares with this.

Because it's been a smaller company for so long, there is a fair amount of legacy code to deal with and maintain. If you're into rapid turnover environments then this isn't the place for you. You'll be given the opportunity to grow and develop but don't expect to be here for a year or two and jump into the management position of your boss who just left. Most people who work here never leave, and the company is committed to modest, sustained growth. You could view this as a pro or a con, but the culture isn't one of rapid change.
