      The good people who are still here and hanging on until they can leave without repercussion. That's really it at this point. Salary was competitive coming in but has not kept pace with raises that barely match inflation even when promoted. The rewards for performance are in recognition only.

      This is the most dishonest place I have ever worked. Leadership could not be more uninspiring and the minions that follow him are equally embarrassing. Saxony Partners once had high hopes and aspirations for a culture above all others, but that was ruined by greed and self-righteous ignorance. Can't wait for another quarterly to hear more sanctimonious rambling.

      It’s great working with others who are passionate about what they do. Working with the senior leadership on a few projects has been a great experience to see their brainstorming and refining of visions for the company.

      The cohesion across the company is a bit weak because everyone has their heads down and is focused on their work. Yeah, there is a get-together once a quarter to review how the business is going, but nothing that really excites me to look forward to them (no activities that truly include remote people).

      Thanks for this feedback. We agree that it’s definitely inspiring to work alongside people who love what they do and we want to keep that going. Regarding the lack of cohesion – we agree. Like a lot of other companies, we are still finding our path in this remote world and love to hear suggestions from our teams on better ways to overcome the separation and bring people together.
