If a student is absent from a lesson this will affect your bonus even though there is nothing you can do about it.
When raising a ticket during a class for whatever reason the support is extremely slow to respond and often none responsive. By the time they are asking what the issue is if at all, the class is finished so it's completely redundant.
There have been system errors which I have been blamed for such as late feedback for a class I was substituting for that never appeared, late entry to the classroom even though both the portal and my laptop showed that I was there on time, and pop ups telling me that I am using wifi when it was switched off and the ethernet cable was plugged in. They don't take any responsibility for this and it seems to me to be their way of getting out of paying bonuses etc.
