High turnover due to continuous organisational changes, working ways, priorities, position and team's changes leading people to frustration and burn-out, eventually leaving the company. This translates into inefficient work and constant mistakes. Also salaries are below the market in all positions. Communication has a lot of room for improvement, as well as people management: no career plan, objectives or any performance evaluation that could be useful when doing promotions and salaries review, so that those who deserve it are those who work hard and add value. Can be a good place for young people to start working, but wouldn't recommend it for experienced professionals.
