Poor management. Very flat organization with little room for growth. Notice the great work culture with an asterisk, some teams are great and get to enjoy this culture. In my time at ScanSource, I never saw this culture that they recruit you into. Management is too hands on. Very strict 8:30-5:30 schedule. CEO is extremely arrogant and out of touch with employees. Tries to walk around and be visible, but loves to talk about himself and how much he has. Churns out employees. Many people that I spoke with there were getting time under their belt but looking for bigger and better opportunities outside of ScanSource.
