A company who is successful in spite of itself. With a rogue owner who has given over the reins to two inexperienced "managers" who have only ever worked here. No input is given when requested, but a great Monday morning quarterback perspective is always given. Being dismissed can come a drop of the hat even though great reviews are given through out your service. Since the two are equity partners, you will be asked to compromise your business ethics for the "bottom line". Job titles are given out to make the company look like they hire the best, not the case , it's just to fool clients into thinking they are getting top notch treatment.
