1) What I loved most about Scatter was being able to talk to just about anyone! Management does not have any airs about themselves and you do not have to jump through multiple hoops to be heard.
2) You have the opportunity here to suggest new ways of doing things or try out something different. Doesn't really matter what level you've joined in at.
3) Scatter does some really good work across their roster of clients and yes, while some days are heavier than others, you'll learn lots along the way.
This is also one of the ONLY companies/agencies that give folks an annual break at the end of the year. It's a proper reset mentally and physically, and works wonders :)
