Toxic environment - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Schawk

Poor management, terrible programs, toxic coworkers. Higher positions take credit for all the work done below them. I was told this company was in the process of getting rid of "bad" employees, however they have an extremely long way to go before this is achieved. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone I know, it was an emotionally and mentally tiring experience. I have never worked somewhere where fellow coworkers treated each other so poorly and management is completely blind to everything that is going on.
