Amazing people, PTO, company shut downs, company trips, and high 401k match
Svantaggi
Very busy, many project timelines overlapping, slightly short staffed, hard to move into different service lines once you are set and scheduled for projects

Thanks so much for sharing feedback. We love hearing how our team members are really excited about our multi-faceted approach to providing time off and see the value in our Reboot trips, including the benefits of bringing the whole company together to get centered around our mission each year. And we agree, our 401k match is really above and beyond no matter what industry a person is in.
We also hear you on the project timelines and staffing and we are currently working on solutions. Our hope is that by implementing new project management software, improving our internal processes for staffing, and staying out front with communications, it will smooth out any bumps that you may have experienced. Also, please bring up the internal mobility topic with a People Experience Manager if you feel comfortable – we are cross training to ensure people can find opportunities in other service lines. Of course, it’s also subject to business needs and availability. We hope you keep enjoying Schellman! We have a great team, and we’re glad you’re part of it.
Management frequently improves benefits. Management really knows the business well. The company has historically been well insulated from economic downturns. So many opportunities to stand out and make a name for yourself

Data driven decisions still a work in progress. Long term vision is likely 1 ish year.

The people. Peers are great to work with and very supportive. Some of the leaders in the teams are as well. Perks were GREAT but have slowly been taken away or the costs went up.
Svantaggi
Where do I begin? Wholesale executive turnover. Technology projects that we're supposed to say are awesome but aren't really that great. They take up more time to figure out than they're worth and we know those are meant to take our jobs. AI, offshore, temp labor. No thanks. It was a place I loved working at but has slowly just become a job that makes me feel like I should be watching for somewhere else to go. Just in case. The culture has changed quite a bit too. It used to feel like a place where we all wanted to work together but that's slowly fading.
