The quality of the people and their interest in bringing me onboard properly was first rate. I especially appreciate the authenticity of interactions amongst all positions in the company from Senior Associates to CEO. All are approachable. Their methodologies rate amongst the best in the business.

Svantaggi

I was the first Principal brought in as a direct hire. While the organization is understanding in the amount of new systems and process learning is needed to be productive, the company needs to be better prepared if larger acquisitions come in the future.

We knew there would be opportunities for improvement. As such, we have updated our acquisition integration methodology to include better communication regarding the integration steps prior to closing. Management frequently improves benefits. Management really knows the business well. The company has historically been well insulated from economic downturns. So many opportunities to stand out and make a name for yourself

Data driven decisions still a work in progress. Long term vision is likely 1 ish year.

The people. Peers are great to work with and very supportive. Some of the leaders in the teams are as well. Perks were GREAT but have slowly been taken away or the costs went up.

Where do I begin? Wholesale executive turnover. Technology projects that we're supposed to say are awesome but aren't really that great. They take up more time to figure out than they're worth and we know those are meant to take our jobs. AI, offshore, temp labor. No thanks. It was a place I loved working at but has slowly just become a job that makes me feel like I should be watching for somewhere else to go. Just in case. The culture has changed quite a bit too. It used to feel like a place where we all wanted to work together but that's slowly fading.
