      This is a deliverables based job which means that sometimes you will have to put in extra hours to meet deadlines or to prevent excess project overlap. Extra hours worked will be common especially for newer people learning the ropes but also likely as your responsibilities increase but can be tempered with experience. As the company has grown there have been cutbacks in lower level employee perks and shrinking quarterly bonuses (you wouldn't know it unless you had a taste of what it was though).

      Thank you for the review! We are glad you are enjoying the benefits and perks offered, which we provide to all levels of employees. Although we have made some changes to build a bit more structure into our programs, allowing us to scale effectively, we plan to continue to seek feedback, adjust to align with the feedback and invest in our employees.       Management frequently improves benefits. Management really knows the business well. The company has historically been well insulated from economic downturns. So many opportunities to stand out and make a name for yourself

      The people. Peers are great to work with and very supportive. Some of the leaders in the teams are as well. Perks were GREAT but have slowly been taken away or the costs went up.

      Where do I begin? Wholesale executive turnover. Technology projects that we're supposed to say are awesome but aren't really that great. They take up more time to figure out than they're worth and we know those are meant to take our jobs. AI, offshore, temp labor. No thanks. It was a place I loved working at but has slowly just become a job that makes me feel like I should be watching for somewhere else to go. Just in case. The culture has changed quite a bit too. It used to feel like a place where we all wanted to work together but that's slowly fading.
