I have worked at may places throughout my career and I actually feel like more than an employee here. I feel like I am heard and that I have a vested interest in helping Schellman to grow. I don't see myself looking at any other opportunities because for the first time in my career I feel like I am the place I will work for until I retire.
The benefits at Schellman are second to none. The leadership is approachable and totally lacking in any kind of "Holier Than You" attitude. I have always been treated with respect and talked to like we are on the same level. This was true as a Senior Associate or as a Manager and conversing with our CEO/President/COO or other Principal or any member of our company leadership. It is great to know that the leadership of Schellman are approachable and easy to talk with.
Svantaggi
Nothing worth noting at this time. No company is perfect and I know Schellman isn't perfect, but I have nothing that comes to my mind that I could write here.

We appreciate your review! We love to hear that our employees are happy not only with the benefits but the leadership as well. We pride ourselves on having an open-door approach so it's great to know our employees agree. Thank you!
Management frequently improves benefits. Management really knows the business well. The company has historically been well insulated from economic downturns. So many opportunities to stand out and make a name for yourself
Svantaggi
Data driven decisions still a work in progress. Long term vision is likely 1 ish year.

Vantaggi
The people. Peers are great to work with and very supportive. Some of the leaders in the teams are as well. Perks were GREAT but have slowly been taken away or the costs went up.
Svantaggi
Where do I begin? Wholesale executive turnover. Technology projects that we're supposed to say are awesome but aren't really that great. They take up more time to figure out than they're worth and we know those are meant to take our jobs. AI, offshore, temp labor. No thanks. It was a place I loved working at but has slowly just become a job that makes me feel like I should be watching for somewhere else to go. Just in case. The culture has changed quite a bit too. It used to feel like a place where we all wanted to work together but that's slowly fading.
