Negative work climate - Recensione dipendente - Administrator presso Schenectady County Community College

President brings administrators into meetings and tells them they have to do better. He demeans, threatens, belittles, and punishes. I've never heard any creative thoughts or ideas from him, no vision to speak of, and he treats people badly. As he sets the tone for the campus, morale is so low that people are leaving for other jobs. Pay is terrible. You will walk on eggshells every day. Worst place to work.
