New MD had worst people skills. The mission statement changed from growth and being number one to constant threat of job loss and be grateful. Constant change of all of the board level management along with constant changes in staff made company feel like revolving door culture. Summary of experience: No benefits Excuses for never paying bonuses across the board Toxic working environment Bad communication No work life balance “Silo effect” worst I’ve ever seen. No leadership No career development
