They conducted surveys and created several employee groups to address recognition and rewards but continued to use a "good ole boy" network to select promotions. + Safety Integrity Respect Excellence was the company slogan, yet copyright violations were rampant, often purchasing small quantities of vendor mateials and copying them for internal use in repeated training classes + Compared themselves to competitors at the expense of focusing on internal excellence + Management set unrealistic expectations and blamed low level workers, never the planning process + Desired changes in performance but were un-willing to change behaviour

Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
