      When you first start you will get lots of miles, lots of training. Lots of nice people to work with

      Planers do not listen to dbls!! Miles are up and down. If you live in Florida they force you to team!!

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
