- not all rooms have AC - pay is good, but really only for younger people living at home

Just as many caring staff members as there are apathetic. The kids are so very worth it if you're able to work with with the montessori environment.

Screening and hiring process is nowhere near as comprehensive as it should be for proper safety. Consistently understaffed due to disorganized structuring; a number of the return staff are high school students in the area and are not properly equipped for attending to neurodiverse kids, nor toddlers. It is not a requirement for "Pool counselors" to be lifeguard certified. Being a montessori camp does not mean that all safety guidelines should be out the window in the name of kids' 'agency'.
