Having been in the EdTech space for a few years, there is nothing more fun that meeting with a school and hearing, "guys, you nailed it - this will help so much!" The ecosystem of solutions SchoolPass has put together meets so many safety, mobility, efficiency, and accountability needs of schools - both Independent and Public. The leadership has put together a team of folks who have decades of combined experience building and scaling technology platforms to serve schools, and they have the inherent skills to build lasting relationships with their customers. The environment is fast-paced and focused on growth, both of the products and the customer base. It's a pretty unique and exciting time in the company's history.

The company, like many now-a-days, is 100% remote, which creates some challenges building internal relationships and really feeling a part of the whole. Far be it from me to want more meetings, though I think offering up a biweekly virtual happy hour or a morning coffee talk where folks can log in and get to know others across the organization would be a fun idea.
