Management is supportive of career progression and growth. Managers are willing to give younger tenure folks the right opportunities to grow and the business is set up like a true meritocracy. There is opportunity for rapid advancement for those who demonstrate proficiency at their level and the politics associated with promotions/bonuses at larger companies are nonexistent. During longer weeks, managers are "in the trenches" with consultants; the environment is very supportive and collaborative. The unlimited PTO policy is nice and (so far) I have only had encouragement when scheduling time off. Overall, company culture is great. Benefits are robust including 401k, medical, dental, etc. (similar to or better than other firms I have worked at) and pay is competitive. As a young company, there is huge potential for growth and leadership opportunities as the business scales.

Depending on project timing, work weeks can be long (or short). But, this is typical in consulting. Working without a physical office location has been difficult at times when trying to collaborate (but they are securing an office in Raleigh in the near future, so this should not be an issue forever).
