      Smart and hard working staff.

      HIGH turn over. People seem very unhappy. A very cold remote environment. Their emotional intelligence is highly lacking and the senior leaders are seem to operate in fear of the egomaniacal , narcissistic CEO who once was Miss Massachusettes - which she works into every conversation.
