My experience with this company was disappointing due to excessive micromanagement and constant pressure to meet unrealistic expectations. The client base is quite limited, and many clients are non-responsive, making it difficult to achieve recruitment targets. Job requirements are distributed one by one by the team lead, with the Singapore team consistently receiving priority over the India team. Recruiters identified as "low performers" are often assigned long-running or inactive requirements that have been open for months with little or no client response, making it even harder to succeed. The performance evaluation process felt unfair. If you do not meet the target within three months, your employment is at risk. Even if you successfully close one or two positions during probation, confirmation is often delayed through repeated one-month probation extensions. Although the company has been in the market for around 18 years, it still operates with a very small team. There are also excessive formalities involved in sharing candidate profiles, which slows down the recruitment process. The recruitment leadership, particularly Cecilia, rarely acknowledges good work and instead focuses on finding faults in submitted profiles. Constructive feedback and appreciation were largely absent, which negatively affected morale. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a stable recruitment career. While the company expects candidates to have a stable employment history, it does not provide the same level of job security or support to its own employees.
