Extra hours are almost never payed. - Total lack of innovation, truly talented people leaves after few months. - Sales are due to fame or good salesforce, not much because of quality.

Nice coworkers, benefits are ok, good learning opportunities, a lot of paperwork but they are willing to pay for your certifications

Not great salaries, if they sale a solution/system and your available then you become the expert even tough you don't have any idea of it, not many growth opportunities, most of the top consultants have been leaving the company, lack of leadership
