Vantaggi

My local branch-level management is great (there are just so many layers of hierarchy above them it is hard to get anything done) Nice to have a discount on banking services.

Svantaggi

Tons of uncertainty going forward. Employees understand why the changes are good for the bank but stop trying to get our buy-in when it means fewer jobs. Pays so little that I cannot afford childcare; can only work when my spouse is off to avoid paying for childcare as I can't even break even. There are more shifts I could work, but it just isn't worth it to pay more for daycare than I bring in. Not really a living wage. Organization does not treat Casual employees as equals, even with things like the annual Viewpoint Survey. Also very disappointing to not be able to participate in the stock option plan. I have been casual for one year and have worked every week, hard to not feel a bit sour about being excluded from these things... Especially Viewpoint. It seems like the casual's opinions just don't matter at all.
