But company will force you to waste these times on tools because they are petrified of lawsuits. - heavy focus on women in leadership and not qualified candidates in leadership so most of branch management absolutely horrendous/can’t make a decision because lack of brain power. - very very cheap in terms of what they buy for employees, how they celebrate employees, branch doesn’t buy food or keep the fridge stocked, nada.
