- They have lots of automation tools, but still story mapping and requirements process are VERY POOR, building new features is a pain, BAs are not fully aware of their duties so you have to define features in the middle of a sprint. Could be just my project tho, but still bad. - There's no motivation for going extra mile, managers prefer that you complete tickets before deadline and no more, also very tricky to finish on time poorly defined features you never now when you are really done. - I am in a project with react front-end that is like the old west, everyone shoots on sight and we have similar modules with very different implementations for the same things so feels like there's no standard at all. - The poor analysis also derives in a poor assignment of tickets when several people end up working in the same feature. - Before start coding you have to ask several questions for tickets because there are no detail at all, and BAs just share links to another tickets instead of provide the info and thats for bug-tickets, for features it's even worse.
