Vantaggi

> training period is long (3 months), giving you a lot of time to get used to. > if you are lucky and get a team of hardworking and collaborative synergy, you'll get lots of support. > you get vacation as soon as you start (though not many days) > through practise and as requirement of the job, you learn A LOT about everything when it comes to personal financial planning. MTG, LOC, REFI, INVESTING, BUDGETING. Honestly, all the essentials.

Svantaggi

> constant pressure, did you meet your call target? did you meet your sales target, did you get enough customer reviews and why they are not 10s? > you learn through initiating a learning opportunity yourself. Otherwise, nobody comes to you to say "hey let me teach you this, that". I would have to ask colleagues to sit in their meetings so I can learn from them. Thank goodness there were few nice ones that allowed me to. > pay is very low compared to the stress that you take on. My base was 59 at the time, 67 with bonus. But it wasnt worth it man.
