Outdated technology , a ton of manual work and management expects you to work like a robot . Blaming and finger pointing culture . Some lazy coworkers who are management favourite will keep on dumping work on you shamelessly and management will always take their side . More work for hard work and good work . Laughable compensation and hike .Management can stoop to the level of forcing employees to contribute a large sum for their Christmas gift card . Some individuals working for a very long time behave as if they own the bank and treat you like you work for them .
